📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Torrance, CA location. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory arrives. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and may vary. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and some limited pre-order releases may not be eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💳 Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly upon receipt.
